To the members and friends of ETTPA,

The April 1st weekend provided another fun filled show in Henderson, Texas. Spring time is here, the temperatures are warming up and so are the Top Hand and Class point races. The class points are close with the leader-board changing at each show.

There is now $4,610.00 set aside for year end awards and added money at the finals. Along with sponsor provided class saddles and the continuous support of our members this will make for a great 2012 finals.

May starts our scheduled ETTPA-USTPA co-sanctioned shows. Our next five shows will be co-sanctioned. If you wish each co-sanctioned show could count as half an USTPA National show. For more information email Brenda Dunn at Brenda@ettpa.com or call at 713-898-6603.

On Saturday, May 5 after the penning and arena sorting ETTPA will host an OPEN ROUND ROBIN RANCH SORTING. The Entry Fee will be $150 per rider with 60% Payback. Entries are limited. Pre-registration is encouraged. You must be a member of ETTPA to compete in this event. Memberships are available the day of show. This is a fun event. There always seems to be surprise winners. At our June show ETTPA will be hosting a RANCH SORTING CLINIC. The instructors will be World Champions Grady Underwood, Louie Saggione and Justin Underwood. Clinic cost is $100 per rider. Pre-registration is encouraged. All profits for this clinic will go towards the finals. More information to follow.
